Processing Time

All of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Tapstitch.

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days

  • This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging

  • Processing times may be longer during holidays or high-volume periods


Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, shipping times are as follows:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs delays, or carrier issues beyond our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location

  • Order weight

  • Shipping method selected


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email

  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply
